I don't see it. Honestly. Harry snatched all three wands from Draco. 
How come one of them is stolen and other two aren't? Why doesn't 
Wormtail's wand consider itself stolen? Ron surrendered it after all, 
and Draco picked it up. Ron didn't win it back. More to the point, 
how come the Elder wand didn't consider itself stolen, whereas it 
*was* stolen quite emphatically so? Gellerd Grindelwald didn't 
exactly follow the laws of chivalry when he snatched it and fled, did 
he?
