In addition to those already named (Harry, DD, James, McGonagall,
Trelawney, Rita Skeeter) some more wizards also wear glasses: Arthur
and Percy Weasley, Aberforth, Scrimgeour, Moaning Myrtle. There are
also a few very minor characters, like Ernie Prang or Bob Ogden.
Amelia Bones wears a monocle. I'm sure there are more :-).

As for why all these people don't use magic to cure their poor
eyesight, I remember someone (Carol?) saying that this procedure is
very delicate and it would be way too risky to try to correct the
eyesight with magic. This seems rather sensible to me :-).
