Yes, this could be another example of Slytherin courage. It's right up
there with going to Snape for Draco's protection. At this point, she
may also hope for LV's defeat. This DE thing hasn't worked out well for
her family. If she says Harry is alive, then LV will attack him again.
If LV thinks Harry is dead, he may move on to something else. Her lie
gives Harry time to recover.
