Montavilla47:
Sorry, but when did Lucius cast an Unforgivable?  I know we saw
Draco use Crucio on occasion, but I don't remember Lucius 
ever using an Unforgivable curse, even though he's perfectly
happy to do other nasty things.

IOW, I'm not asking in order to make any moral points for Lucius.
I'm only after accuracy.  And if I'm wrong, I apologize for the 
digression.
