Hermione's detailed knowledge of the topography of DD's office - Source?

I can't remember Hermione ever being in DD's office either, although
I'm not 100% sure :-). DD didn't help her to get to 12 GP after Arthur
was injured, she took the Knight Bus to get there. However, as you
yourself suggest, Hermione could have been at DD's office on this
occasion. 

When she arrived at 12 GP, she said: "Dumbledore told me what had
happened first thing this morning ...". I believe he called her to his
office to tell her, how else could he do it? Hermione is very
attentive to detail, once would be enough for her to remember where
everything in his office was. What do you think? Is it plausible
enough for you :-)?
