While a big deal has never been made of it, I believe Fred 
and George's friend Lee Jordan is black. I know he is played
by someone black in the movies, but I don't think this is
movie contamination.

According to the HP Lexicon -

Jordan, Lee - "He is a black boy with dreadlocks  (OP10) and is best friend and compatriot of Fred and George Weasley."

We seem to have a very reasonable cross section of people in
the books. The only thing missing would be someone of Middle
Eastern decent. And while they could actually be there, they 
are simply never clearly identified.
