It's pretty clear cut to me as well based on Hermione's past behavior
and the Wizarding Culture she is accepting which has a history of
disregarding Memory charms on Muggles.

Though, I recognize there's an improbable possibility that Hermione
received her parents blessing in wiping their memories.
