     I recall a discussion about this around the time that DH was 
released. However, as far as the medium that must not be named (although 
you named it) goes, changes ARE made for the purpose of storytelling.

     You might do well to look at the archives of the group, and locate 
the discussion. I know that I was definitely involved in it.

     I don't recall the details, although, literarily speaking, Easter 
would be a good time for the Battle of Hogwarts.
