I didn't say that Muggle-borns were not allowed to go to Hogwarts in their 7th year :-). I said that Lavender couldn't go to Hogwarts in *her* 7th year, because that year the Ministry was taken over by LV and the DEs, and Muggle-borns were forbidden to attend. Sorry if I was unclear, I see you are already the second person who misunderstood :-).
