June:
Considering in TPS McGonagall changed from a cat to a human in
front of Dumbledore and did the same in class to demonstrate to
her students in POA and Peter Pettigrew did it front of Harry,
Ron, Hermione, Lupin and Sirius and there was never any mention
of these people being naked, I would have to presume that their
clothes change with them.
