I don't think she'd be able to summon Voldemort, whether or not she had the dark mark, since I think there's more to it than just "pressing" the mark.

     This actually brings up a more interesting question: did 
Hermionatrix have the dark mark when she was polyjuiced? We do have a 
clue, however: Nobody saw the dark mark on Bartmoody, and there was 
nothing mentioned about him taking any trouble keeping his arms covered. 
Therefore, my best guess is that the Dark Mark was not visible, whether 
or not it still works (and that Hermionatrix had a visible, but probably 
non-working, Dark Mark.
