Regarding Mundungus, I forgot about that -- you're right.

It always struck me as a little shady that he was betting on the
sports he was supposed to be managing. I guess it didn't really
surprise me that he reneged on his bets. I was surprised later to
find out that he was not just an idiot and "innocent dupe" but an
active Death Eater.
