You're right about Dobby's death being bad. But I think it gave Harry
even more motivation to stop Voldemort. Even Bellatrix killed Dobby
she was after all one of Voldemort's followers. So that's what I
think. One more thing I think another reason he did the burying with
a shovel instead of magic is because I think he was secretly proud of
Muggles. Not of the Dursleys but maybe just a little grateful of what
the Dursleys taught him.
