AJM:
I somehow had a feeling, don't think it's ever been explained though,
that the reason the sorting hat may have wanted to put Harry in
Slytherin was the fact that he had part of Voldemort's soul in him. The
fact that the sorting hat could somehow sense this may have contributed
to the fact that the sorting hat considered putting him in Slytherin.
Don't know what others think about this.
