I'm pretty sure, that the book will only have the script by Jack Thorne. (The first edition will have the rehearsal script and the later edition the final script.) I don't think that were going to ever get to see the version of it that Rowling wrote.

There are to be two editions, one with the first material, which may include her story along with early drafts of the play, and the second the final script itself.
