 There is a Department of magical games & sports. What ministry department 
 has artistic work under its administration? There are references to 
 music more than once, and clearly paintings tapestries, statues have a 
 place.
 So there must be a department in the ministry whose job it is to manage 
 their magical creation, the risk of muggle interaction with magical art, 
 that sort of thing?
