US Book Order info: Borders and Amazon

FYI:

If you reserved your copy at Borders Books, they'll hold it for you 
until the close of business on SUNDAY, June 22. I got a nice 
automated message on my answering machine from Jim Dale explaining 
this to me. I reserved a copy about a month and a half ago and the 
guy at the desk told me, then, it would be held for THREE days (I 
even wrote it on the back of my reserve receipt).

One of my local tv stations reported this during the evening news. If 
you ordered your book from Amazon.com and will have it release-date 
delivered, you should get it on Saturday. If not, you will get the 
book free. I haven't been able to confirm it yet on the Amazon.com 
site.
