OoP Criticism

I totally agree.  The Hagrid plotline could have waited until the 
next book.

As for the members of OoP.  I didn't really feel much about many of 
them one way or the other.  Tonks I found a bit annoying.  Mundungus 
Fletcher was a bit too Arthur Daly for words - I could have done 
with him being a bit less wide boy, a bit more eccentric.  

And, time devoted to these people, and Luna Lovegood, who I'm not 
sure about yet, took valuable time away from Lupin, Moody...there 
could even have been a bit more of Neville.  I loved the way he 
developed, but I wanted to know a bit more about how he got there.  
At least we can totally understand why he's in Gryffindor now.
His bravery at the end, coupled with his overall bravery regarding 
his parents.  I cried hard over those sweet wrappers.
