I remembered something from Book One that I have not seen mentioned
here yet. As we debate whether Albus Dumbledore sacrificed his own
life to Snape to allow for Snape and Harry to help save the Wizard
World, we have a clue from Book One.

During the Chess Match Ron sacrifices himself to let Harry checkmate
the other King. Ron even says "sometimes you have to make some
sacrifices!" This is a perfect analogy to our theories that
Dumbledore planned the whole death scene to fool Voldemort about
Snape's loyalties.
