The Witching Hour (HP symposium in Salem next year) is hosting a 
bunch of line parties. So far, there doesn't seem to be one in the 
Bay Area, but there are three others in California. And if someone 
does want to get one going up here, you might want to contact 
Witching Hour and do it in conjunction with them. I'd do it myself, 
but I'm going down to the one in Orange County, myself, to see the 
movie with a bunch of people down there, including my sister and her 
family.
