Yes, definitely! As I said before, London is really very scary when
you are a tourist. Getting lost on the Underground makes one want to
cry. So it'll be nice actually having a real destination, not
just "King's Cross Station", etc.

Hope others are up to the reprise. Next weekend's out for me as I'm
in Paris for Bastille Day (anyway, it's probably too soon to
coordinate it) and the 28th I'll be at Hampton Court Place with 1000
other tourists, so either day of the weekend of July 21 or August 4
is good for me, or I could do Sunday 29th July... I'd prefer the 21st
weekend so I could coordinate this with my hair appointment, but if
it is 4 August I'll just do my best with my hair until then. (sigh
and grin)

I think both Scott and Anna are leaving at the end of the month,
too... so a July meet might be best. If push comes to shove and the
28th is the only possible date, I'll forego the Hampton Court Palace
day trip with my group (haven't paid yet anyway) and go on my own
some other time.

I definitely want to meet again, though. I'll rearrange my schedule
accordingly.

Oh, *please* ask her, Catherine! I have a London African-Caribbean
hair guide here with me, but all the numbers are long distance so I
don't want to do lots of calling around. Asking another woman whose
hair you like is the best way to find a great salon anyway... please
give her my e-mail address and tell her I wear individual box braids
(that is what we call them in the States). Or if it's not too much
trouble, you can just give me the name of the salon and somehow I'll
contact them... I'll be in London on Wednesday for shopping and a
play, so I could call then.

(P.S. Everyone at home *loves* the pics! Thanks to Dai and Nick...
it was nice not having to wait to get them developed at home.)
