The teeth thing has never bothered me either. Its too bad that means 
that scene will have to be cut out though.

The hair has been bothering me. In the first movie they were making 
an effort at least (it was pretty bushy), but then in the second 
movie it was only curly, and judging from the pictures its not even 
long anymore (it barely goes below than her shoulders). That is 
something that's referenced *a lot* in the books; even if Emma Watson 
wanted to cut her hair, they could still have her wear a wig or 
someting.

Personally, based on her character, I doubt Hermione would wear a 
pink jacket, but you're right that there really isn't any mention of 
her clothes in the books.
