Okay, how many of you went to see the trailer in theaters last night?
Confess!
My kids wanted to see Looney Tunes anyway, which was actually pretty
funny, and a bonus for all of us was the trailer on the big screen!
Awesome!
My daughter, she's 11 and has read all of the books at least twice,
is a stickler for accuracy and complained about the student choir
with the percussion frogs, but loved it otherwise.
My son, he's only 7 but has been reading the books with Dad, loved
the trailer but after seeing the dementer hand bigger than life
states he'll wait for the video before watching the movie.
I've read all the books twice and would love more accuracy in the
movies, but understand the need to abbreviate the books and add
visual elements that aren't possible in print, so was overall
ecstatic to see what's been done. I can't wait for June 4!!!!
It was a nice visual sampler of what is to come and I love the
darkness of it. I think this will be a more mature look at HP than
the first two films.
BTW, my hubby, who is a fan but not obsessed like the rest of us, saw
the trailer on-line and said, "Is that Hermione?" Snicker! Yeah,
the girl is growing up, alright!
