As it happens, Tracey Ullman _is_ British; according to IMDB, she was
born on  30 December 1959 in Slough, Berkshire, England, UK.  So if
mid-40s isn't too old for Rita, you've got that role filled.  How old
is Rita?  I rather think some of her more outrageous outfits are an
attempt to look younger than she really is...
