GoF--Minor Casting Questions

I was looking at the IMDB listing for the Goblet of Fire cast and
noticed a couple of things I hadn't before.
Perhaps the most important thing was not there--Ludo Bagman. That
ought to help us figure out what we _won't_ be seeing. The
Gred-&-Forge-get-stung-with-Leprechaun-gold-and-try-to-get-even
subplot is probably gone...too bad, but not surprising. Harry can
still give them his tournament winnings without that.
Also, no Ollivander--darn, I was hoping to see John Hurt again.
No Charlie Weasley--I suppose he's not crucial to the First Task,
cinematically at least.
No Death Eaters except Lucius and Wormtail. No Frank Bryce. Wonder
what they're doing with the Little Hangleton scenes.
Parvati's played by a different actress than in PoA. No Lavendar. No
Creeveys.
Ernie MacMillan's the same as in CoS (Louis Doyle--most of his part
was cut from the theatrical release of CoS but is in the DVD deleted
scenes.) Ditto Hannah Abbot (played by Charlotte Skeoch).
Warwick Davis returns as Flitwick after being relegated to "Wizard" in
PoA. (Was he the wizard conducting the student-toad choir?) No
Trelawney.
Jarvis Cocker, an actual musician, is cast as a member of the Weird
Sisters, so they're in.
Gabrielle Delacour has been cast, which only makes sense if the 2nd
task is covered.
A couple of characters I fail to recognize from the books:
"Nigel," played by William Melling (any relation to Harry Melling aka
Dudley?)
"Bozo," played by Robert Wilfort
Also, "Karkaroff's Aide," played by Tolga Safer...I think Igor did
have an "aide" mentioned in passing in the book, but don't remember
them having anything important to say/do.
Of course, IMDB is not always complete and the filmmakers may yet
announce/add other cast members. And of course scenes may be cut.
But some of these anyway give reasonable clues to what's going to be
in.
Anyone else have thoughts about this--or clues to the identity of
Nigel and Bozo?
Cheers,
