Whenever there's a thread running on one of my Phantom/Opera groups 
regarding alternate casting for either a voice-over animated or a 
live version miniseries, Rickman always gets plenty of nominations 
for the leading role as Erik/The Phantom.  Noone does sinister, 
broody, mysterious, dark and sexy like he does.
