I always thought that Narcissa's hair was golden blonde, but I can't
find the reference. At any rate, it's Lucius (along with Draco, who
greatly resembles him) whose hair is described as white blond. I doubt
they'll make Narcissa's the same color or she'll look like Lucius's
sister rather than his wife. I do hope they'll make her blonde and
blue-eyed, though, to match the books. Otherwise, she won't be
Narcissa to me.
