I don't know whether I have missed something from a previous 
discussion (apologies if I have), but your Krembo doesn't sound 
anything like an English Sherbert Lemon.  Ours are a boiled sweet, 
lemon flavoured, with sherbert (the fizzy stuff, not the frozen 
sorbet) in the middle.

BTW Raw egg yolk, sugared and whisked sounds like a non alcoholic 
version of zabaglione.
