Well, Mr Creevey doesn't deliver to your doorstep where I live - but 
then, that's inner city London, where he'd be mugged if he was known 
to carry cash, and anything left on your doorstep would get nicked...

But yes, Mr Creevey's do still exist in the UK; even in London, 
though here they mostly deliver to restaurants, offices and other 
account customers. 

Mr Creevey will frequently find himself called something 
like 'Customer Delivery Agent', but everyone, except the managers of 
the Dairy, will still refer to him as a 'milkman'.
