Yes, I also noticed that Hogwarts Library does indeed have a
restricted section. I would guess the decision as to whether or not
a given book should be restricted or not there is probably made by
the teachers about books in their own subject area. They seem to be
the experts in each particular subject. I would also suspect that
many of the books may have been restricted years ago by previous
teachers - once a book is in there, perhaps it stays there forever.
