Before bed, double-dosed on the Alka Seltzer flu (took four tablets at
once and didn't take anymore after - eight tablets max in 24hrs is
what the box says) then I take Day-quil capsules (about couple dosages
spread over six hour intervals).

Never did make the eight a day recommendation, unless I'm sweating
like a dog in heat. {g} Of course, this is Florida and give it
another couple weeks for those temperatures to skyrocket.

Whatever kicked in did the job. General body aches and headache are
gone. Only that congested feeling is left. Not quite nasal as much
now but I can definitely feel build up in my lungs. Ah, the joy of
the body's attempts at clearing out that gunk--hacking coughs,
spitting, and runny nose. {chuckle}

Thanks for the advice!
