It's possible that JKR doesn't realise this, drop them a line about it.

A lot of commercial pages will often include a warning that they can't
be held responsible for outside links.

Unlike books, webpages can change almost entirely overnight...
a new owner might have different ideas about things.

Yeah, e-mail them, explain the problem, be nice.
ten chances to one they will take steps to fix this.

It's likely the webmaster at JKR.com would like this info.
