Geoff:
Well, call it a bacon sandwich then for the benefit of those who have had 
a sheltered upbringing - although I cannot see why bacon butty is funny
though I have chuckled over "spotted dick", especially in my teenage years....

I would personally delete the brown sauce however but that's individual taste.
