It doesn't actually look particularly Christian.

The star only has five points, not six.  The center is raised.

That tool on the left kind of looks like it may be a carpenter's hand plane.  But Shaun had a better view.

The skull is actually a skull and cross bones and looks decidedly piratey.

Very interesting, Shaun.  I can't make heads or tails of it -- except to suggest tongue-in-cheek that there was once a brotherhood or guild started by carpenters that was a parallel to the Freemasons! :P
