Is conforming to a bunch of old guys at the job (Percy) more conformist
than conforming to a bunch of young guys at the fashionable dance club
(Bill)?

Hogwarts? No mention of her in GoF.

People discussing the origins of names on hpa quoted a source that
'Penelope' means 'weaver'. I don't know that that's true (Robert Graves
said 'penelope' was a kind of duck), but it did remind me that the famous
Penelope was Odysseus's faithful wife, who waited 20 years for him to
return home, herself not taking any lover while he dallied with Circe
and Calypso and all. Names being what they are in HP, maybe Penelope
has that name because she has to wait for Percy.
