Percy's name

The Weaselys' names all sound to my English ear to be rather old-fashioned 
traditional names, the sort of things my parent's generation might be called, 
the kind of names that are with the exception of Percy coming back round into 
fashion. They have a sort of internal consistency which you'd expect to find 
within a family.

On the subject of Latin names, Ginny may well have one as it's the usual 
diminutive of  Virginia. That makes me a little worried for her
