We don't know but frankly I dont think so. If Viktor
wanted to 'score' there are any number of eager senior
class girls willing to oblige. Krum strikes me as the
broody romantic type who would go in for holding
hands, looking deep into his lady's eyes and confiding
his deepest feelings. Which in some ways would be even
more alarming to a very young, intellectually focused
girl like Hermione than overt sexual advances. It may
be she's trying to reciprocate by confiding her fears
for her 'best friend' Harry who somebody's trying to
kill, (again!) or just desperate to vent to somebody
and Viktor is available and willing to listen.  
   Viktor is *seriously* interested in Hermione, as in
marriage someday, which is way too much too soon for
fourteen year old Hermione who at this point is
probably none to clear how she feels about *any* of
the boys in her life.
