I was just reading the Christmas scenes in GoF and the Fat Lady and her friend
Vi are tipsy from chocolate liqueur cordials.

Eh?? How does one give cordials to a painting? Does Dumbledore have someone on
staff who is able to paint magical pictures of goodies to give to the portraits
for Christmas? (Nice touch, considering all the work they do as house guardians
and general chaperones.)
