Like the "Princess Bride" much dear? Seriously, you
are right, there is only so much time that can be
devoted to putting something to the screen and scences
and lines will inevitably be changed. A glaring
example I can give is the recent "The 10th Kingdom".
THAT was a ten hour long mini-series. And in
comparing the book and the movie there were STILL
things that had been changed. That did not lessen my
enjoyment of either one in the least. I always have
and will always judge a movie by it's own merits.
After all there have been movies that I have enjoyed
but couldn't get past the first chapter of them in
book form while there have been books I have
absolutely loved only to find that whoever put the
movie together seemed to have not even cracked the
book when they were filming and did a horrible job
with it. So just sit back relax and don't worry
about. If it's good it's good, if it's not it's not
and it's no big deal either way.

I have finally gotten all my finances straight and
will be able to send the money for the Brit versions
of the books on the first of August (really I will
Sheryll) so I will be able to do my own happy dance
soon. Especially since I haven't been able to find my
American copies yet (I hate moving). On a realated
note, has anyone figured out where Durmstang is? If
it's anywhere in Germany maybe I've been there! :D

You go girl! Especially since I know grown men who
still wear boxers with cartoon characters.
