Harry seeing the patronus that his future self creates, conflicts with the 
earlier scene of Harry, Ron and Hermione hearing poor Buckbeak's neck get 
chopped off. If it were consistently one time line, the three would have 
overheard the swears of a frustrated Macnair, not Buckbeak's death.
