Dumbledore was well aware that Sirius "was" the Potters' secret
keeper. It was obvious to him at this point that Sirius had betrayed
them. It's always bothered me that Hagrid mentions Sirius twice in
"the Boy Who Lived" and Dumbledore never probes as to what his
intentions were. I realize it was unimportant to the story line at the
time.

This could actually be construed as a pro-R/H thing. If Hermione is feeling
something for Ron she wouldn't kiss him. That would embarrass them
both. Her kiss to Harry was "proof" that she looks at him as a true
friend and this was more of brother/sister kiss. Hermione doesn't
strike me as the forward type, else she would have asked Harry to thte
Yule Ball. That's my take
anyway....
