 Ah! I added in the 't' by mistake, thanks for catching that. The name definitively isn't "Flower of the Heart," though; JKR was asked that specifically during an AOL chat.  "Of the Heart" would be "Delacoeur." Then she apologized(!) commented that she used to be a French teacher. I'll have to dig up the URL for that chat and verify the alternate "of the court" rendition of the name, though - I may be misattributing it through my insomniac haze.
