We Muggles think that electricity and computers are the best ways to 
restore and retrieve information, but methinks the wizarding world 
has much better ways.  We have it backwards if we think they use 
magic because they lack eckeltricity; it's we who are limping along 
with imperfect substitutes for magic.  It would surprise me very much 
if the MOM didn't have a magical filing system.
