There's also St. Blaise, an early Christian martyr and Catholic saint, 
who's the patron saint of throat illnesses. St. Blaise was a 'he'.

I suppose we can assume that Zambini's parents comes from a wizarding 
family or they are Roman Catholics ;-)

Interestingly though, St. Blaise is also the patron saint of wild 
animals and talked a wolf into giving a pig back to its owner. Maybe, 
Blaise Zambini will have a part to play in the future books?
