There is a good side to Voldemort's personality: he cares for his pets 
(he absolutely adores his snake), which is a common side to evil 
overlords (since the pet isn't likely to be a traitor like the rest of 
his followers). I doubt this will mean he allies with D against F or 
viceversa, but it does give him a human side (note human isn't 
necessarily equivalent to good). Many "green" activists (like 
Greenpeace) like animals better than humans, for example (I do that 
too, but then again, I'm a wolf, so it doesn't count), and they're 
generally considered defenders of a "good" cause.

As Naama points out, though, no good side we find is going to alter the 
fact that he kills inocents without remorse, so even if he decided to 
hung the robe and join the save-the-boa movement, that wouldn't make 
him less guilty.
