The following are acouple of things I've been wanting to put out
there for a while now, but...Anyway, if these ideas have already
been presented, oops & sorry.

1) A while back ther was some discussion over why Fred & George
wouldn't notice Peter Pettigrew on the Marauder's Map when he was
hanging out with Ron all the time. I thnk that all of the Marauders
would show up with a label refelecting their nicknames. This would
help to protect their identies should the map be found/confiscated.
So, when Fred & Geaorge saw "Wormtail" with Ron all the time, they
figured it was some goofy joke that pet rats are labeled "wormtail"
& thought nothing more of it. Since Moony, Prongs & Padfoot weren't
in the castle at the time that Fred & George were examining the map,
they'd never show up & not raise questions. I'm guessing that by the
time they were giving the map to Harry, they had it so memorized
that they hadn't referred to it in awhile & hadn't seen Padfoot or
Moony padding around the grounds. It's about timing. If they
arent't on the grounds or in the castle at the time that you are
looking at it then...Also, if they did see Moony, Padfoot & Wormtail
on the map they may have just thought that they were ghosts, which
certainly could be marauders. The absense of Prongs could be
explained away with the idea that he hadn't passed yet! (Which we of
COurse know the opposite tobe true.)

2)It seems that the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts seems to be quite
grey! What exactly is a Muggle Artifact? Things that use
ekeltricity? Internal-Cumbustion engines? So why is an enchanted
teapot a Muggle Artifact? Is turning a rubber chicken into a fake
wand amisuse of Muggle Artifacts? It seems that there are many
things that are used in both worlds, so what defines Muggle
Arifact? Wouldn't it be fun(ny) to see a flying vacuum sweeper? Or
how about a magical microwave with would work much like a Star trek
replicator. That is something that could be of great assistance
should the House Elves rebell! How do Witches/Wizards launder their
clothes? Is it wrong to enchant a washer/dryer set up? No Muggles
will see it as it's in you own home!(Arthur rationalized the car by
saying he wouldn't actually useit, but ehn look what happened.) And
I suppose if a Muggle could get a hold of an enchanted tea set...I'm
so confused! Any theories?
