I doubt that Rowlings will get as deep into ships as fan fiction 
does, but since they will be fifteen I'm sure there will be some of 
it.  There are two boys and just one girl so usless one of the guys 
goes without a girl someone has to fill the void. I don't think it 
will be Cho, so Ginny is logical if Ron and Hermoine form a lasting 
relatioship.  If its not Ginny, then Harry would probably end up with 
Hermoine.  I don't know why, but I think Rowlings may end the series 
with Harry with Hermoine if for no other reason than that Harry's 
mother was a muggle.
