I completely agree that Percy will die.

Reason 1) No one takes him seriously, or even seems to care for him aside 
from Molly.But *maybe* ;) deep down they do and will find that out for 
themselves after he suffers a horrific death.*grimace*

Reason 2) He worships Crouch Sr. Now that Crouch Sr.( and Jr. for that 
matter) is/are dead, who else is left for poor old Weatherby? He could 
easily go for cowardly (a lot of Dark Characters are cowards. JKR implies 
cowardice as "NO,NO!") Fudge (gasp! or perhaps He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named?)

Reason 3) Percy will [not may] have to make a dire choice. I *know* it, it 
just feels *right*.In the process of that choice one, oh, say *side* will 
think it fit to kill Percy.


So...

Can't you just picture all the Weasley children balling their eyes out,not 
to mention overwhelming guilt for being so mean to the poor guy... good 
lesson for Gred and Forge especially.

Don't get me wrong... I love Percy... just in a "let's kill 'em and make the 
plot more interesting" sorta way.=)
