I have a question that has been bothering me 
also. I was listening to POA in my car, and Arthur and
Molly are arguing about whether or not Harry should
know about black. Fudge had said that the guards said
that black had been talking in his sleep saying "he's
at Hogwarts". Well, what puzzled me is this---- I
cannot recall if the dementors can talk or not. Or are
there other guards at Azkaban? Guardsto oversee the
dementors perhaps?
