I too think it makes sense for Harry to be named as the new captain, 
and i also think it's possible for Ron to be included on the team as 
the new Keeper. 

Perhaps when the war with Voldemort consumes too much of Harry's time 
he will stay on the team as Seeker but offer the Captain positon to 
Ron. (maybe in book #6?)This would be nice closure to the Mirror of 
Erised chapter; I can't help but think that at least one of 
Ron's 'deepest desires' will be realised, and it doesn't look like he 
will be Head Boy.
